Do you think your mailing address with National Headquarters is out of date or wrong? If you haven't heard from ATO in a while, then it probably is. All you need to do is fill out this Form with your full name, your chapter, your address, and business and home phone numbers. Also, please provide an email address if you have one, as the National Fraternity recognizes the increasing importance of electronic communication and is adding email address as a standard part of our membership records, along with the traditional methods of address and phone number.
