Altitude

Altitude is a small-group leadership development program that challenges participants on many levels. This five day leadership experience takes you deep in the Rocky Mountains and deeper within yourself by focusing on issues of character, integrity, and faith.

Participants in Altitude will have the unique opportunity to:

• Uncover a deeper sense of self through discussions and exercises related to character, integrity, and faith.
• Discover the relationship between true success and integrity.
• Develop lasting bonds with a small group of Taus from across the nation.
• Experience an exciting and challenging day of rock climbing.
• Backpack through the Rocky Mountains.
• Become a more self-confident leader.
• Grow in a deeper level of brotherhood, learning from other brothers in ATO and yourself.
• Take part in the True Merit Character program (included with Altitude).

Facilitating Altitude is Adam Winterberg, Member Services Manager, for Alpha Tau Omega National Headquarters. Brother Winterberg is a '99 initiate from Kentucky and is a highly dynamic part of ATO's staff and the Altitude experience. Groups will also be assisted throughout their experience on the trail by professional guides.

Altitude is set among the majestic Rocky Mountains near Buena Vista, Colorado, providing a backdrop as unforgettable and amazing as the experience.
