The strength and respect of
Alpha Tau Omega is a direct reflection of alumni and volunteer
involvement. Alpha Tau Omega continues to develop innovative
programs that allow alumni and volunteers to stay involved
and enhance the fraternal experience. ATO alumni and friends
have a great deal to offer the Fraternity in terms of support,
volunteerism, and making a difference in the lives of today's
undergraduates.
Many of these programs and services, such as metropolitan
and chapter alumni associations, continued publishing of
the ATO Palm, and the Biennial ATO Congress have been
around for decades. Other programs and services have only
been recently introduced to the Fraternity, such as ATO
Roadshow, this program serves as an excellent public
relations initiative in promoting not only ATO success stories
but also proves to be an effective tool that can endorse
Greek life. In addition, the success of local boards of trustees
continues to make a difference on the chapter operation level,
of which each chapter has a local advisory board that allows
for constant guidance and assistance for each respective
active chapter. Lastly, with the introduction of the Life
Loyal Tau program, where alumni continue to reap the benefits
of ATO long after their college years. This exciting program
will provide a way for alumni to make a difference and stay
involved for a lifetime.
There are countless programs and services that are available
to alumni and volunteers. The newly enhanced alumni section
of the ATO website has been created with the alumnus and
volunteer in mind. Refer to it for a current listing of programs
and services offered by the National Fraternity, news about
national and chapter specific alumni events, alumni products
and benefits, upcoming programs such as the ATO Alumni Travel
Tours, and pertinent information in regards to becoming a
Life Loyal Tau. |
