Five brothers [Mike Sullivan, Tyler Crowley, Thomas Dixon,
Chris Gibula, and David Mueller] attended the Emerging Leaders Conference (ELC)
in Dallas over the weekend. Members met with chapters from surrounding areas
such as The University of Texas – Arlington, and Louisiana Tech. In the conference
brothers discussed the fundamentals of ATO from non-hazing policies to
Signature Event Ideas.

As an executive member I feel this conference was especially
important for our youngest member Tyler Crowley. Brother Crowley is currently a
freshman, and alpha class president. He along with his class brothers are the
future of the fraternity, It is imperative that they attend conferences like
ELC, to fully understand the bonds of brotherhood, and the true strength of our
fraternity.

In a lighter note, the trip itself was extremely fun.
Brothers took two separate vehicles named The ATmObile, and Caroline. Some
brothers stopped at the Big Texan steakhouse. There they saw the world famous 72
ounce steak competition; although no brothers attempted the challenge it was
still a fun and quirky experience.

Love and Respect - David Mueller
