This past Monday the Theta Pi chapter executive board took on the yearly task of revising the bylaws. We carefully analyzed every bylaw, one by one, identifying the unnecessary and/or outdated bylaws we needed to remove and drafting new bylaws that made the document more clear and concise. This process took many hours, but we stayed focused. The way our executive board was able to stay on track, and selflessly sacrifice their precious time to benefit the greater good of chapter showed great character. As chapter president, the effort shown by my other executive members during such a tedious assignment gives me peace of mind when looking at the obstacles that still lay ahead this year.
