Alpha Tau Omega is proud to announce a new service available to all chapters courtesy of the National Fraternity: WebGreek.
Officially announced at the 2011 Presidents Retreat, WebGreek is a highly developed chapter management system. Collecting dues, event planning, raising chapter scholastics and meeting attendance are only a few of the features that WebGreek offers to its clients.
"It brings everything to a centralized location," said WebGreek co-founder and CEO Patrick Allen. "It allows you to bring in all of the apps that you need to effectively manage your chapter."
From online polling to a text message alert system, WebGreek has it all.
"We're most excited about what is under the hood," said ATO Chief Executive Officer Wynn Smiley. "The fact that every chapter gets a website out of the deal is just icing on the cake."
Along with management tools to make college life easier, each chapter will also be equipped with a website where they can post news, photos and other updates. Not only that, but websites are extremely easy to maintain.
"It's like editing a Word document," said WebGreek co-founder Jordan Pease.
WebGreek is also offering a series of tutorials created specifically for ATO chapters to teach members how to use the system.
The announcement has generated a great deal of positive feedback from chapters, and sites will be rolling out within the coming weeks.
