| Formerly known as Regional Leadership Conferences (RLC), Emerging Leaders Conferences target the emerging leaders in ATO
undergraduate chapters. This means that, while older and more experienced actives are welcome to attend, the new focus of the ELCs are to help train the emerging young leaders of your chapter.
Emerging Leaders Conferences are geared more for freshman and sophomore members of your chapter to help them get prepared for leadership roles with your chapter. Together with National Officers and alumni
volunteers the ATO National Staff hosts these day-long,
audio-video interactive experiences in regions across the country. The true value
of ELC is it gives undergraduates a chance to learn
from each other. With plenty of discussion time, ELC
is less lecture and more collaboration. ELCs are held
each year in the months of January and February.
