ATO Eta Kappa has been recruiting vigorously through out the summer. Each Wednesday the chapter has hosted BBQ and sports on UNM's Johnson Field. The attendance from potentials has been high. Fall Rush will not be starting for another couple week and our chapter has already recruited eleven members [as of August 9th]. In addition to recruiting every Wed. brothers have been chalking "Rush ATO" every Monday. The purpose of chalking was to ensure that orientation freshman will be familiar with out letters when Rush officially begins. Through out the summer our chapter has been inviting potentials to movie premieres such as The Dark Night Rises, Spiderman, and Men in Black 3. The premieres have been successful because Brothers and potentials have the opportunity to talk while waiting in line. The summer recruitment program has been led by Cameron Rodger. He has also prepared us for Fall rush by ordering us Rush Shirts, posters, and merchandise. I am confident that our excellent Rush Chair Cameron will bring us the largest New Member class our chapter has seen.
